Out client is one of Europe's leading providers of mobile messaging and mobile solutions.

We are currently looking for a Sales Director (m/f/d) who will have the overall responsibility for sales and customers in Germany. He/she will also be responsible for the day to day business and the overall development of the company in Germany including management and organizational development.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

The specific tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Development and execution of sales strategy
  • Development of the sales organization in Germany
  • Responsibility for the agreed area budget
  • Customer acquisition and growth
  • Customer follow-up
  • Relation management
  • Development of the prospect list for direct sales and partner sales
  • Meeting with potential and existing clients
  • Contract negotiations
  • Maintenance and expansion of own network
  • Documentation of all activities in the central CRM system (salesforce)
  • Collaboration with Group Marketing and Sales

Requirements

  • Experience from a sales driven organization
  • Knowledge and experience from smaller organizations in growth
  • Experience in people management, motivation and development of staff
  • Goal and success oriented
  • Experience with more complex solutions
  • Experience within value selling
  • Experience within Partner and/or Enterprise sales
  • Experience with sales to one or more of the following business areas: finance, insurance, transport, logistics, energy, telecom, IT, retail, travel
  • fluent in German and English
