We are searching for a "Regional Sales Manager (m/w) Munich" who will have the overall responsibility for sales and customers in his/her region. 

The areas of responsibility and mains tasks of the future position holder are:

  • Development and execution on area sales strategy
  • Development of the sales organization for the area
  • Responsibility for the agreed area budget
  • Customer acquisition and growth incl. customer follow-up
  • Relation management
  • Establish indirect sales through partners
  • Overall responsibility for the day to day business
  • Overall development of the company in Germany including management and organizational development
  • Development of the prospect list for direct sales and partner sales
  • Cold Calls
  • Meeting with potential and existing clients
  • Contract negotiations
  • Maintain and grow his/her network
  • Documentation of all activities in the central CRM systems (salesforce)
  • Collaboration with Group Marketing and  Sales 

Ihr Profil

We are searching for a Sales Manager (m/f) with the following professional experiences/ values:

  • Experience from a sales driven organization
  • Knowledge and experience from smaller organizations in growth
  • Independent and goal oriented
  • Ability to work alone and focus on new business
  • Experience with more complex solutions
  • Experience within value selling
  • Experience within Partner and/or Enterprise sales
  • Experience with sales to one or more of the following business areas as finance/insurance/transport/logistics/energy/telecom/IT/retail/travel
  • Experience with sales of products within IT/mobile and/or digital communications solutions
  • Documentation of your sales results

The ideal candidate (m/f) is educated on Bachelor level. Documented sales results are a requirement as well as experience within digital media. Fluent German and very good English skills are a mandatory requirement.
