Ihre Aufgaben

We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m) for the Duisburg location with unlimited full-time employment on the next possible starting date. The candidates should be business fluent in English or native speakers.

The field of work essentially comprises disciplinary and specialist personnel management with a focus on the success of a cross-site customer project. In addition, you will be responsible for operational and business results and report these to the site management.

Specific tasks include:

  • Responsibility for the design, optimization and further development of work processes
  • Implementation and management of projects to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Responsibility for achieving all quantitative and qualitative service level goals
  • Creation of statistics, budget planning and presentations
  • Leadership of 3 team leaders and approx. 60 customer service representatives

Ihr Profil

  • University degree or comparable training
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading teams with an outsourcing customer service provider with a team size of at least 25-35 persons
  • business fluent in English
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of analytical methods and conceptual strength
  • Experience in the planning and implementation of continuous quality management processes
