It is my aim to find “the right lid for the pot”. This should result in a long-term cooperation. I only succeed in doing this if see the candidate with my customer’s eyes and if I have understood the job position which is to be staffed. I find it exciting to conduct interesting interviews with interesting human beings each day.
On free days I feel an urge to go hiking or biking in the nature: I have crossed the Alps by mountain bike several times. In addition to this, I like to go to the theater and ballet together with my family.
