As part of comprehensive executive search our commitment to the client is, as far as nothing else had been agreed, to provide the following services.


Analysis of job specifications and working environment
In addition to a detailed briefing with our client on business objectives, objectives related to the vacancy, operational setting and organizational integration of the position, we perform a job analysis and an analysis of the working environment. This information leads to a job specification and a definition of a range of potential candidates.


Job description including job requirements
The job description includes: objectives of the vacancy, organizational integration, responsibilities, main tasks, required working experience, education and qualifications plus personal requirements. Following the approval by the client we reveal the specification to suitable candidates.


Remuneration range
Due to our market know-how we advise our client on a suitable remuneration range for the vacancy.


Job advertisement
We specialize in the method of direct search. If requested by the client we combine the direct search with a search via advertisements. In this case we prepare the advertising copy and handle the placement through an advertising agency. During this following process we are staying in close contact with the client, we short-list suitable applicants for presentation and return the applications rejected.


Search and pre-selection of suitable candidates
After defining the job specification and the search method we systematically scrutinize through the relevant labor markets by industry, company, function and other criteria. We use as well our extensive database. We only select suitable and interested candidates after a personal interview. The interview and the comparison with the job specification lead us to the most suitable candidates.


Written presentation
During the interview process we compare the functional and personal qualifications of every candidate and his reasonability for a career change with the job description.
Based on interview results, written application submitted by the candidate and possible references, we present each candidate through a written confidential report. These reports contain personal data of the candidate, education, working experience, reasons for a career change, salary expectations, a characterization of the candidate’s personality done by a consultant and a summary of strengths and weaknesses.


Personal presentation
We present the selected candidates to the client in person. We assist and advise the client during the interview stage, evaluation and decision-making process.


Reference check
If requested by the client and the candidate, we obtain references to complete the assessment of promising candidates. As this information is confidential, we assume that our clients won’t independently collect references without consulting us.


Individual assessments and tests
If requested we would authorize a qualified psychologist to perform aptitude tests and individual assessments with promising candidates.


Placement advisory
With regard to placement and remuneration conditions we advise our client on economical and psychological parameters. However a legal service is not possible. We are available to the client and the candidate as mediators to enhance the efficiency of the negotiations particularly in psychological terms.


Performance review
For us a mandate is not completed just because the contract has been signed. Depending on our resources we support our client during the integration of new specialists and executive managers into the organization. We maintain in contact with our clients and recruitees to identify and neutralize any upcoming divergences compared to the initial expectations at an early stage.
