Founding of the partnership TGMC Dr. Thieme Gleue and Partner Management Consulting, the practice 'banks and financial services' is established

TGMC is now offering interim management services

Joining the organization ICC Partners Executive Search Worldwide with partners in over 40 countries, publishing the book 'Versandhandelsmanagement' (distance selling management), Dr. Jan Thieme by Gabler, TGMC is establishing another core practice 'media / publishing', employing six consultants

TGMC opens up businesses in Moscow and Warsaw, celebration of the company’s 10th anniversary with over 200 guests

Founding of the daughter company clickyourjob.de, an online-driven recruitment consultancy covering the lower management

Expanding the office at Hudtwalckerstrasse, employing 12 consultants, renaming the company into TGMC Dr. Thieme und Partner Management Consulting

Establishing the 'retail' practice, founding the joint venture between SELLGATE Sales Consulting GmbH and SELLGATE-Group

Changing the legal form of the organization into a private limited company ('GmbH') with Tatjana Voss, Arwid Detlefs and Dr. Jan Thieme as Managing Partners
