In special cases or explicitly requested by the client we complement our direct search with a search via advertisements (print and online) in order to expand the circle of possible candidates.
- Professional performance
We deliver the same results in the combined search as in the direct search. Furthermore there are additional services with which we release our clients’ HR department:
- Draft of an advertising copy
- Placing of an advertisement
- Complete covering of the HR process such as receipt of the applications, reporting to the client as well as refusals etc.

The clickyourjob.de GmbH is a daughter company of TGMC and runs an online and database driven consultancy for specialists and lower management levels. clickyourjob.de comes into operation in case the complex and extensive direct search is not advisable.
The upper salary limit for clickyourjob.de positions is currently EUR 50.000,-.
- Qualified information about candidates
Candidates, who are interested, can join the online portal on the clickyourjob.de homepage. They will be then contacted in order to have a structured phone interview and online assessment.
